Seyal Murghi (Chicken - Sindhi Style)
(5 Litre pressure cooker)

     Serves: 10  Pressure Cooking Time 5 minutes
 
7 tbsp vegetable oil 
3 large ( ½ kg) onions chopped
4 medium (400 g) tomatoes chopped
1 ½ kg chicken pieces 
10 g ginger chopped
6 green chillies chopped
1 cup curd beaten
1 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp red chilli powder 
1 tbsp coriander powder 
4 tsp salt 

   Method
1 Heat oil in cooker for about 2 minutes. Add onion and fry till transparent. Add tomatoes. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Stir.
2 Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
3 Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
4 Open cooker. Place cooker on high heat. Cook till liquid dries up and oil shows separately (approximately 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
