Seyal Murghi (Chicken - Sindhi Style)
(5 Litre pressure cooker)
Serves: 10
Pressure Cooking Time 5 minutes

vegetable oil
3 large ( ½ kg)
onions

4 medium (400 g)
tomatoes
chopped
1 ½ kg
chicken pieces
10 g
ginger
chopped

green chillies
chopped
1 cup
curd
beaten
1 tsp
turmeric powder
1 tsp
red chilli powder
1 tbsp
coriander powder
4 tsp
salt
Method

Heat oil in cooker for about 2 minutes. Add onion and fry till transparent. Add tomatoes. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Stir.

Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.

Open cooker. Place cooker on high heat. Cook till liquid dries up and oil shows separately (approximately 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
