Tal Gurer Payesh (Creamy Milk and Rice with Palm Jaggery)
(5 Litre pressure cooker)

     Serves: 6  Pressure Cooking Time 12 minutes
 
6 cups milk 
6 tbsp Basmati rice 
175 g patali jaggery crushed
1/3 cup raisins 

   Method
1 Bring milk to boil in cooker. Add rice. Stir.
2 Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on medium heat. Reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes.
3 Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
4 Open cooker.
5 Place cooker on high heat. Add jaggery and raisins. Stir till jaggery is dissolved. Serve hot.
