| 1. | Bring milk to boil in a cooker. Add rice, sugar and cardamoms. Stir till sugar is dissolved. | 
			| 2. | Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on medium heat on small burner of Gas Stove or on 400 Watts on Induction Cooktop. Reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes. | 
			| 3. | Remove cooker from heat . Allow to cool naturally. | 
			| 4. | Open cooker. | 
			| 5. | Place cooker with kheer on medium heat/400 Watts and cook until a creamy consistancy is obtained (about 2 minutes), stirring constantly. | 
			| 6. | Transfer kheer into a serving dish. In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee on medium heat about 1 minute. Add cashew nut pieces. Stir-fry till light golden. Remove and drain ghee. Stir cashew nuts in kheer and serve hot/cold as desired. |
