| 1. | Heat ghee in cooker for about 3 minutes. Add cinnamon. Stir for a few seconds. Add wheat. Stir fry till light brown (approximately 5 minutes), stirring constantly. Add water. Stir. | 
			| 2. | Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. | 
			| 3. | Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally. | 
			| 4. | Open cooker. Add sugar. Stir. | 
			| 5. | Place cooker on medium heat. Cook till sugar is dissolved and ghee shows separately (approximately 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. | 
			| 6. | Add cardamom powder. Stir. Serve hot, garnished with almonds and pistachio nuts. |
