			| 1. | Grind into a paste ginger, garlic and green chilli. |  
			| 2. | Heat oil in Curry Pan on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add cumin seeds. Stir for a few seconds. Add ginger paste. Stir for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. |  
			| 3. | Reduce heat to low. Cover. Cook till vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). Serve hot with paratha. |  |
