The Results of Voting of the Notice of the Postal Ballot dated December 23, 2023
1. The Notice of the Postal Ballot dated December 23, 2023, was sent to all the shareholders who hold shares as on December 22, 2023, The Company had provided a remote e-voting facility to its Members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means. The remote e-voting period commenced at 9:00 am on December 27, 2023, and ended at 5:00 pm on January 25, 2024.
2. The Scrutinizer appointed for the purpose has submitted report on the said remote e-voting. The said report on remote e-voting has been accepted by the Chairman of the Company who has authorised the declaration of the results as stated in the said report of the Scrutinizer.
3. Based on the results of the said remote e-voting, the two Resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Postal Ballot have been approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
