Second 100 Days Campaign - “Saksham Niveshak” – for KYC and other related Updations and Shareholder Engagement to prevent Transfer of Unclaimed Dividends to IEPF
Dear Shareholders,
Pursuant to the communication from the Investor Education and Protection Fund and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated March 27, 2026, the Company has started a Second 100 Days campaign "Saksham Niveshak" starting from April 1, 2026, till the July 9, 2026, focusing on shareholders whose dividends remain unclaimed, with an emphasis on KYC updation and related compliance measures. During this Campaign all the shareholders who have not claimed their Dividends or have not updated their KYC or have any issues related to unclaimed dividends and shares may write to the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), i.e., MUFG Intime India Private Limited, C-101, 247 Park, L.B.S. The shareholders may further note that this campaign has been started specifically to reach out to the shareholders to update their KYC, bank mandates, Nominee and contact information. The shareholders may also claim their Dividends paid in order to prevent their shares from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA).
