The Results of Voting at the 54th Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2014
1. The 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on September 19, 2014. The Company had provided an e-Voting facility to its Members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means. The e-Voting period commenced at 9:00 am on September 13, 2014, and ended at 5:00 pm on September 15, 2014. In addition, Polling was ordered by the Chairman at the said Annual General Meeting.
2. The Scrutinizer appointed for the purpose has submitted reports on the said e-Voting and Polling and also a consolidated report on the two taken together. The said three reports have been accepted by the Chairman of the Company who has authorised the declaration of the results as stated in the said reports of the Scrutinizer.
3. Based on the consolidated results of the said e-Voting and Polling, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 54th Annual General Meeting have been approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
