The Results of Voting at the 55th Annual General Meeting held on August 6, 2015
1. The 55th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on August 6, 2015. The Company had provided a remote e-Voting facility to its Members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means. The remote e-Voting period commenced at 9:00 am on August 3, 2015, and ended at 5:00 pm on August 5, 2015. In addition, Polling was ordered by the Chairman at the said Annual General Meeting.
2. The Scrutinizer appointed for the purpose has submitted reports on the said remote e-Voting and Polling and also a consolidated report on the two taken together. The said consolidated report on remote e-Voting and Polling has been accepted by the Chairman of the Company who has authorised the declaration of the results as stated in the said report of the Scrutinizer.
3. Based on the consolidated results of the said remote e-Voting and Polling, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 55th Annual General Meeting have been approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
